We hope you enjoy looking at the items on this site and thank you for shopping here, as well. Please ask us for additional photos you may need to fully evaluate each piece. Please note that all pieces are over 100 years old and they may have minor surface blemishes and wear as a result of being 100 years old and are not considered to be “faults.” According to the “Japanese Cloisonné Collectors Newsletter, issue # 9, by Mr. Gary Yoshino: “Limited superficial or cosmetic condition issues typically do not have a material affect the value of a work.” Any condition issues of the pieces exhibited here are mentioned in the descriptions and photographed as well. We accept returns for any condition issues we have not described adequately.

Thank you for your purchase! At this time, we are accepting PayPal. Send us your shipping address and we will calculate a final invoice. Insurance is required on all purchased items unless waived by you in writing. We will send the final invoice with shipping and insurance to you through PayPal.

Return policy.

We offer a 100% return guarantee. Please notify us of your intent to return an item within 3 day of receiving it. Please include any photos you wish to send us at that time. We will refund 100% of the purchase price of the item. Buyers must pay for all shipping expense on purchase and returns. Pleas return the item in the original shipping container. A returned item should be received by us within 10 days of your receiving it.
