(SOLD) A rare and gorgeous fine and highly detailed vase in round form with double-wall neck construction, broad shoulders lightly rounded body tapering down to a very narrow base that flares out to a cylindrical foot that repeats the decoration on the double-wall neck.
The design is realistic and the composition of the design fits the shape of the vase well. Six wild song birds fly through a Maple tree in bright, fresh Spring season green colors. The canopy of the tree splays across the broad shoulders and down the sides of the vase. The tree trunk is outlined in thick silver wire. Masses of small, standard chrysanthemum flowers in many colors grow at the base of the trunk and above them is a chrysanthemum variety with large white flowers with long slender petals. The background is a wireless highly polished black. There is a geometric border on the mouth construction repeated n the foot and an arabesque border beneath the double wall construction art the neck and above the geometric design at the foot.
