Exceptional Fine Broad Silver Wire Vase with Hydrangeas and a Bug

This is an unusual vase with a shape that is wider than it is tall. It is round form with a round compressed body and a short but wide neck. The design goes 360° around the vase. The front has a hibiscus bush with two large compound hibiscus flowers. One of the flowers has a detailed bug on it. As you go around the vase there is a variety of different chrysanthemum flowers. The wide shoulder has a detailed elaborate border. There are borders around the mouth and the foot. The vase is 7” wide by 6” tall. Unsigned but possibly attributable to early Hayashi Kodenji. Excellent condition.
