(SOLD) This is a nice vase with beautiful shape and colors. The vase is in round form with baluster outline and a short neck with flared-out mouth and flared-out foot.. It has a copper vase covered with highly polished enamels on the outline and rough enamels on the base and interior.

The design is typical of Namikawa Sosouke and/or The Tokyo wireless school. The design depicts a naturalistic scene with three chicks feeding on a grassy knoll with a yellow sky of morning or late afternoon and a bright blue sky above. Silver wire is sparingly used to form the outlines of the birds. The wireless technique is used to delineate the birds. The wireless technique is completely used to render the design of the grassy knoll. There are geometric design used to form the border designs on the neck and foot.
